My experience is that these issues usually go away after a few stubborn water molecules evaporate.

After all of that, the laptop booted and ran fine with the exception that the keyboard was sometimes sending 2 characters when some keys were hit + some other weird things that keyboards do after water gets on them. I dried the laptop out by soaking up as much as I could then putting it in rice for a while, then cleaned the corrosion off of the motherboard with the help of vinegar and rubbing alcohol. As expected there was a nasty short and a bunch of corrosion around the area where the power adapter meets the motherboard. The funny thing is I think that it would've been all right if the laptop had not been plugged into the AC-DC power adapter.

Technician's Assistant: Is there anything else the Printer Expert should know before I connect you? Rest assured that they'll be able to help you. Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software? Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your ML-2510: wirelessly or by USB? Also, I just replaced the toner cartridge, and when I look into the paper input trays, I do not see any wheels or gears turnng. When I turn it on it sounds like the fan or some type of motor is operating, but both the red and green LED lights are flashing and it won't print. Can you tell me more about what's going on?
